Uarts freshman year - about

I've completed my freshman year of college and I loved every second of it. There were a lot of fun and exciting times, but also very difficult and cumbersome ones. The trial and error in art school taught me how to be a better artist. Your teachers don't always like the art you produce. And that's okay. It teaches you new perspectives and gets you out of your comfort zone. Without that push from my

teachers, I wouldn't have improved otherwise. Your artwork becomes more professional. You get a better idea of the kind of artist you are and where you want your life to go. Art becomes your life, and the teachers expect you to treat it as such, because that's your career. But I think that's the best part about it.

I met such amazing people at my university. Some now are my very close friends. Only a year in and I already made so many memories and have grown so much as an artist and a person. I'm really looking forward to what the years ahead have in store.
