The two biggest things that I loved to do as a kid was play outside in the dirt and draw in my sketch books. I drew what in my little mind was everything under the sun, from penguins to ice cream sundaes. Early in elementary school, I would create stories with the drawings I had of different characters like my pet cat Jack or my favorite stuffed animal. With the influence of video games from my two older sisters,

I relentlessly drew the characters, filling a majority of my sketch books with Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and others. During the fall of second grade, the cast on my foot from prevented me from running around at recess, so everyday I would bring my bag full of sketch books and pencils, and friends of mine would accompany me, often watching me draw.

I love my little doodles. It shows the life that I was living and the things that I loved and found endearing. I will always have these drawings because they show me that the little things are what make life wonderful.
